Shipping

All domestic U.S. shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS, and are shipped from our Indianapolis, Indiana, shop unless an item is drop shipped from one of our vendors. Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours after your order has been placed, unless otherwise noted.

Furniture, fine art and large handmade pieces may incur additional shipping charges or handling fees, or may be quoted upon purchase and charged separtely. For shipping information on large furniture pieces, please hello@shopvarcity.com or phone us.

Return Policy

Please note that a selection of our products are handmade (and are labeled as such), which makes each one unique and likely imperfect. We inspect the condition of all “found” items to ensure they uphold our quality standard.

If for any reason your purchase does not work for you, we will accept returns of select items within seven days for replacement or refund, as determined by Varcity . Items ineligible for refund are labeled as such. All custom orders are considered final sale and may not be returned. To request a return authorization, please email hello@shopvarcity.com within seven days of delivery or pick-up of your order. All items must be in the same condition as when purchased. Returns that are damaged, altered or soiled may be refused.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, shipping insurance and a trackable number are the responsibility of the buyer. Varcity is not responsible for lost or damaged products. Once we receive your package, please allow seven days for your return to be processed.

Discount or promotional codes may only be used at the time of checkout, and cannot be applied to previous orders.
