Our Story
Hello! I am Shavar Greer, owner and creator of Varcity Custom Wood & Design.
I grew up in a small town called Beckley located in the state West Virginia. I was an inquisitive child, always taking my toys apart to see how they worked. This could possibly be where I first developed a love for building, since I always had to put my toys back together before mom caught me.
Like many others, I am a HGTV junkie and have always been interested in trying DIY projects. The pandemic gave me the time to try my hand at DIY with my first accent wall. Now, I have started a business where I get to take my love for design and art, and bring them to your home!
